A mother caught driving with more than two-and-a-half times the legal limit of alcohol in her system had her three children in the car at the time, NSW Police have said.
The 34-year-old woman was pulled over on the Old Hume Highway at Berrima at 3.20pm on Wednesday for a roadside breath-test.
Her three kids, aged 13, 11 and nine, were in the car with her. Family and Community Services were notified.
After blowing a positive result for alcohol, the woman was arrested and taken to Bowral Police Station.
Blood analysis showed she had a reading of 0.132 - more than two-and-a-half times the legal blood alcohol limit.
The woman was charged with mid-range drink driving and her licence was suspended.
She will appear before Moss Vale Local Court on January 10.
