A toddler who was pulled unconscious from a swimming pool on December 20 died in hospital on Thursday, following the death of his twin sister who passed away on Boxing Day.
Robbi and Charli Manago, 23 months old, were airlifted to The Children's Hospital at Westmead in critical condition after they were rescued them from the pool in their Kellyville Ridge home. The neighbours who found the twins performed CPR until the arrival of paramedics.

Charli died in hospital on December 26, six days after the incident. Her twin brother Robbi was still undergoing treatment, but passed away on Thursday.
