A seven-year-old boy is in a critical condition after falling from a third-storey window in Sydney's west.
The boy was rushed to Bankstown Hospital by family after he fell from a bedroom window of their third-floor unit on Chapel Road, Bankstown, about 7.20pm on Monday.
The child was then rushed to Sydney Children's Hospital in Randwick with critical head injuries, where he remained in a critical but stable condition on Tuesday, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Police are now investigating the circumstances around the incident.
